Design - Our design concepts and ideas are detailed in a personalized proposal, created and customized according to your desires and specifications. Our proposal contains all of our ideas and details your entire event in very descriptive terms, illustrating what you'll see, hear, taste and feel. We'll give you preliminary budgets that contain financial options and ranges as well as money-saving alternatives. We discuss everything with you. Your input and feedback are integral to the event planning process, and we consult with you on all aspects of your event. Then, with your agreement and approval, we'll set expectations and begin to make selections, working seamlessly with you and your team to produce a memorable event that delivers results, and delights your guests.

Time Line - A complete, comprehensive and chronological Time Line is an invaluable tool in guiding and assessing the planning and coordination of your event. It outlines every single step and task, from the start of the research process to the end of the evaluation phase. Each element is assigned to someone on our team or yours with a target completion date. A working document, the Time Line is updated and revised as necessary throughout the entire event planning process, providing both our group and yours with a sequential planning checklist, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that we are proceeding on schedule.

CADD (Computer-Assisted Design and Drafting) - Our event design software allows us to create a computerized diagram of your floor plan and layout, enabling you to "see" what your event will look like well before the doors are opened! Using the venue's site specs and the results of our in-depth site inspection, we'll draft a diagram depicting the various elements of your event. Ranging from table orientation to catering tents and from first-aid stations to parking locations, this diagram allows us to take you through the design process, bringing you one step closer from dream to idea to final plan.

Production Schedule - The Production Schedule is a minute-by-minute detail of the entire execution phase. It covers EVERY task and function from the beginning of the event set-up to the last of the post-event break-down. There is absolutely no guesswork involved and nothing is left to chance. Every member of our team, including planners, venue personnel, vendors, suppliers, and independent contractors know exactly what must be done at what moment in time. Conflicts, scheduling, and logistics problems are all solved in advance of event day. We plan and address all contingencies to ensure an event that is as flawlessly executed as it is distinct.

Event Day Kits - We will fix it! We are prepared for everything and anything! Our Event Day Kits are the most extensive we've ever heard of. Our Bridal Kit has absolutely anything our brides may need or want in a pinch. We bring along our Medical Kit, Office Kit, Toolbox and Decorator Kit, and of course, our personal Event Planner Kit. We've covered all of our bases, including extra shoes and snacks, so your event is not affected by "we don't have it." We pride ourselves in handling every and any glitch that comes along. And they do! So a good Event Planner will always be prepared. From hair spray, tissues and deodorant to smelling salts, antihistamine and muscle rub cream as well as extra power strips, duct tape and shout wipes to bottled water, lighters and emergency cash, you'll have to see our kit lists to believe them! As any good Event Planner will tell you, "little emergencies" happen all the time. So, after all your time, expense and planning in designing your perfect event, it's the small details such as being able to craft name tags in a pinch or redo hair and makeup after an over-zealous cake cutting ceremony that help to make it the smooth, flawless, perfectly- executed event that we promise to deliver.

Post Event Evaluation - A crucial phase of any successful production is what happens after the actual event. We debrief with each and every one of our clients and vendors to assess the results of your event. We make sure we met your goals and provided all that you wished for - and more. Then prepare and present our final event evaluation. Evaluation may be based on each individual event element or on a general comprehensive review of the entire production. It allows you to understand the merits of your event as well as measure its success in terms of achievement of your goals and objectives.
